S P KONSULTANCY is headed by KISHOR SURTI, who comes with more than three-and-a-half decades of technical and administrative experience in the printing industry. He started with letterpress printing technology with mechanical composing and has been part of the technological changes right from photo typesetting to DTP, and from letterpress to offset and now to digital printing.

During these long series of technological changes, he has worked on the shop floor to train people with changing technology and has succeeded in convincing labour unions to accept modernisation not only for survival but also for the growth of employees and organisation. He has travelled extensively in Germany, the birthplace of printing to gain upgraded technical knowledge in the printing industry. He has also travelled to China and Switzerland in context with various industrial visits, seminars and exhibitions at national and international level.

SP KONSULTANCY provides a broad range of services related to the printing and packaging industry, including modernisation, effective management, machine liaisoning, installation and operational training, material standardisation, and HR augmentation.

SP KONSULTANCY spends a significant amount of time with customers, learning about their varied challenges across various areas. Technical and administrative experience, administrative reforms and aligning valuable 9M formula, followed by interpersonal relationships with stakeholders, and switching from human-oriented management to system-driven management are some of its working ethics that have led to amplify the gainfulness of an organisation.
